OIA has partnered with Outdoor Retailer to give you a booth discount. Calculate exactly how much your company can save by joining OIA. With your company’s annual membership, you’ll receive the following booth discounts:

  • Outdoor + Snow Show: up to 27% off *Members with booths smaller than 200 sq.ft. save 42%.
  • Outdoor Retailer Summer Market: 10% off

2. Join OIA by November 1

To get the booth discount for Outdoor + Snow Show 2020, you must sign up to be an OIA member, or renew your company’s existing membership by November 1. We will let Outdoor Retailer know your company is eligible and the booth discount will show up on your invoice.

How Do I Get the OIA Booth Discount?

Simply sign up to be an OIA member, or renew your company’s existing membership. Then, we will let Outdoor Retailer know your company is eligible for the booth discount. To receive the discount, make sure that your company has a current OIA membership by November 1, 2019.

What’s the deadline?

In order to receive the booth discount, OIA must receive payment for membership by November 1, 2019. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the deadline due to our contractual agreement with Outdoor Retailer.

Being an OIA member means joining together as retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, reps, non-profits, athletes and outdoorists to tackle key industry issues that can defeat us individually, but as a collective power we conquer.

What if I already paid for my booth in full?

No problem! You are still eligible to receive the OIA member booth discount. If you’ve already paid for your booth, you will simply receive a credit on your final invoice from Outdoor Retailer. You can choose to get this credit back in your original form of payment or apply this amount towards another show.

Do I need anything to ensure I receive the booth discount?

You should automatically see the discount on your Outdoor Retailer invoice, but we ask that you please double-check your final invoice just to make sure the discount is reflected. We don’t want you to miss out!

Can I get an extension on the booth discount deadline?

No, unfortunately, we cannot extend the deadline due to our contractual agreement with Outdoor Retailer. In order to receive the discount, we’ll need to receive your full membership dues payment by end of day on November 1, 2019.
